What You Will Get To Do:
  • Lead client services with CoPay/Pharma industry experience, focusing on operational, implementation, and project efforts.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to address client challenges with solutions.
  • Prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate complex matters clearly to drive understanding and resolution.
  • Foster collaboration internally and externally for optimal outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to internal teams, including client services, implementation, and development, based on Pharma/CoPay industry expertise.
  • Support development and refinement of processes, reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to product development based on customer feedback and operational insights.
What You Will Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in Pharma Hub Services, Patient Affordability, Co-Pay, or Patient Access.
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership qualities supporting team development.
  • Knowledge of the market and ability to advise leadership and clients on operational and product strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales to support business development and client acquisition.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
