Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in client service, financial services, retirement plan ops or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of related plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products/services.
• Knowledge of Pension products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain positive client relationships via email or phone.
• Coordinate service delivery with clients, third-party consultants, and Relationship Managers.
• Provide timely resolution of client requests and issues.
• Review and analyze data for reasonability and accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of plan, contract and pension documents and maintain recordkeeping system.
