Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Client Service Manager for our New Market, MD office to act as the liaison between clients and the Financial Advisor. This on-site role may evolve to a hybrid schedule after training. The base salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• New client onboarding and paperwork setup
• Follow up on fund transfers; maintain CRM records
• Research and resolve issues with the Broker/Dealer and WE Group Operations
• Record incoming assets using tracking tools
• Engage in dialogue with clients to understand needs
• Process account transactions: trades, deposits, withdrawals and RMDs
• Communicate next steps for client requests and involve the advisor as needed
• Collaborate with clients' tax or legal counsel to resolve client concerns
• Prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
• Conduct tax-related research (e.g., verifying 1099 forms)
• Complete follow-up for client requests
• Support Advisor Team Operations and process improvements

Our New Market, MD office is looking for a Client Service Manager to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). This role is a vital part of our team and works with all aspects of the client experience including account administration and facilitating smooth client interactions.

This role is an on-site position. There may be opportunity for a hybrid schedule after completing training.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 , exclusive of bonuses and benefits. The role is also eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus. We're big on open conversations, so, let's have one.

Primary Job Functions

New Client Onboarding

• Ensure accurate completion and setup of prospect and new client paperwork
• Follow up on fund transfers from external institutions
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce
• Research and resolve issues with the Broker/Dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG) Operations, and vendors
• Record incoming assets using the appropriate tracking tools

Client Relationship Management

• Engage in dialogue with clients to understand their history and financial needs
• Prepare and process account transactions, including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and RMDs
• Communicate and determine next steps for client requests, addressing issues directly or involving the advisor as needed
• Collaborate with clients' tax or legal counsel to resolve client concerns

Client Review Preparation and Follow Up

• Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
• Conduct tax-related research, such as verifying 1099 forms
• Complete any necessary follow-up for client requests

Industry and Company Knowledge

• Demonstrate understanding and accurate execution of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales models
• Apply knowledge of financial terminology and related products
• Utilize working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices
• Attend Client Services and company educational events

Team and Corporate Support

• Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline internal processes
• Complete operational projects in support of process enhancements and organizational changes
• Communicate process and sales updates to team members
• All other duties as assigned.

Education /Qualifications

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Associate level is $51,450.00 to $126,000.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ( $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 ) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
