Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of service agreements, ensuring profitable performance and high customer satisfaction across the greater Miami area. You will balance on-site interactions with back-office work, and develop strategies to achieve client goals using Siemens' service and product portfolio.

The role requires a strong background in Building Technology, HVAC/building automation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
  • 3+ years of on-the-job experience in the Building Technology industry.
  • HVAC or Building Automation systems experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and customer satisfaction.
  • Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve the customer's goals using the service and product portfolio.
  • Develop service delivery plans with the customer to define scope of work.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend service adds, upgrades, and escalations.
  • Lead scheduling and QA activities to support service renewals.

Our Client Service Managers manage a portfolio of service agreements (through delivery) and are responsible for profit and loss of these agreements. As a Client Service Manager, ensuring the financial performance of our service agreements and customer satisfaction are critical to our success. You'll be working directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions.

As a Client Service Manager, you will:
  • Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retention

  • Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies to achieve the customer's business goals, leveraging the company's entire service and product portfolio

  • Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work

  • Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations

  • Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals

  • Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

_Basic Qualifications:_

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED

  • 3+ years of on-the-job experience working within:

  • The Building Technology industry

  • Engineering HVAC or Building Automation system

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and business software systems

  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • (Automation specific)Demonstrated experience in demand-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager

  • Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in the building technology industry

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
