Job summary

StructureCare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Manager to service the Ohio Territory. You will drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and coordinate maintenance solutions with engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth within a national parking structure engineering leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales/Business Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry (preferred).
• Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Act as the single point of contact for long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor and manage financial performance of accounts in the territory.
• Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers.
• Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions based on budgetary allowances.

Our dynamic and rapidly growing StructureCare team is seeking a detail oriented and self-starting Client Service Manager to service our Ohio Territory. StructureCare is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the United States. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets
• Acting as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships
• Monitoring and managing financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory
• Accountability for client deliverables
• Communicating technical information and probable costs to key decision makers
• Developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports
• Project set up

• Engaging in collaborative problem solving and decision making
