Job summary

FEG Investment Advisors is seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure daily client operations are executed timely and accurately. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers, acting as the primary contact for back-office support and onboarding institutional relationships.

Job description

The Client Service Manager is a key member of Operations with the primary objective of ensuring that clients’ daily operational needs are accomplished timely and accurately. This individual serves as the client’s primary point of contact for daily back-office support by coordinating activities with internal teams and external service providers. The individual is an integral part of the implementation of investment decisions for client relationships and requires a strong background in financial operations to resolve account specific administrative and operational issues.

  • Primary point of contact for clients and advisor teams focused on enhancing the client experience.
  • Coordination of all operational service activities with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Monitor completion of activities and serve as single contact for cohesive communications.
  • Serve as client operational point of contact for onboarding new institutional relationships and oversee all steps in the onboarding process for Operations department.
  • Conduct post-meeting activity review with consultants.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure integrity of client data, create client recognition, and maintain gauge of satisfaction with FEG services.
  • Identify opportunities to implement efficiencies within the flow of operational activity.
  • On an as needed basis, participate in discovery calls and finals presentations with prospective clients, providing operational expertise to the discussions.
  • Serve as firm’s liaison with preferred custodian relationship managers and perform due diligence on potential new relationships.
What We Require / Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a business focus.
  • 8-10 years of work experience in the investment industry or a similar field, preferably client service related.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Understanding of investment terminology.

  • Prioritize effectively and decisively across complex teams and competing priorities.
