Annex Wealth Management is seeking a Supervisor of Client Service in Wisconsin. You will lead the Client Service team while actively working alongside them to deliver an exceptional client experience, blending coaching, training, and hands-on client service.

You will guide day-to-day execution, set standards, and foster strong communication across departments to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience leading a client service team.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external groups.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative for process improvements.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accountability.
• Experience in talent development and HR responsibilities is a plus.
• Adaptable to evolving client service needs and cross‑department collaboration.
• Professionalism in delivering timely, clear, and appropriate communications.

• Elevate Client Service Experience: guide and develop the Client Service team.
• Optimize Team Performance: coach, evaluate, and manage team dynamics.

• Process Development & Coordination: coordinate training and projects.
