Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Client Services professional to respond to orders, handle client inquiries, and resolve delivery issues on-site at CMP USA locations in West Jefferson, OH. • Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Handles client responses that may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists.
• Other duties as assigned.
