About the Role

Advanced proficiency in site operations and procedures with strong communication skills and the ability to receive and address client concerns in an effective and timely manner.

Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
  2. Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
  3. Strong focus on providing good customer service.
  4. Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
  5. Oversees workflow and job balance between staff and ensures tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
  6. Responsible for communicating and training team in changes to workflow or procedure.
  7. Oversees and manages daily and monthly records on service activity.
  8. Effectively communicates with the client and staff.
  9. Where appropriate, may serve as main point of contact to the client for daily activity and participate in client meetings on account activity.
  10. Participates in the development, preparation and presentation of formal reporting requirements to the client.
  11. Point of escalation onsite to address and remediate client concerns.
  12. Responsible for maintaining site procedure guide documenting workflow processes and procedures.
  13. Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
  14. Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
  15. Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.

Reception/Office Services:

  1. Responsible for performing general front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, entering data into computer.
  2. Responds to customer needs and requests, accepts deliveries and sets up food and beverages for meetings.
  3. May also be responsible for copy/binding/copier maintenance.

Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $20.54 - $28.20 hourly

  1. HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
  2. Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  3. Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
  4. Good customer service and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work OT as needed.
  6. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  7. Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  10. Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
