Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and conducting research.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule meetings, and manage data entry.
• Prepare new business paperwork and coordinate signatures and submissions.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage related documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and support for closes and client files.
