Responsibilities

• Provide internal support to service team leaders in Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital.
• Process client documents and manage workflow to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with tax return preparation steps and tracking deadlines.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and prepare client engagement letters and reports.
• Provide back-up support to internal operations during peak seasons.
