What YOU will own:

  • Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations
  • Leave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projects
  • Maintain an updated status of client telephone consultations
  • Communicate with advisors and convince them to participate phone consultations
  • Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations
  • Understand and interpret client compliance restrictions and proactively apply them in advisor communications
  • Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers track progress on projects
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests

Experience YOU will bring:

  • 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high call volume environment
