Tishman Speyer Properties seeks a Client Service Coordinator to support day-to-day PMO operations onsite. You will be the initial contact for customers and vendors, guide new residents through onboarding, and promote ZO amenity offerings while maintaining strong tenant relations.

The Client Service Coordinator supports the Property Management Office (PMO), ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role serves as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, guides new residents through onboarding, promotes ZO amenity‑offering sales, and must work onsite.
