BluePearl Pet Hospital in Skokie, IL is looking for an experienced Part-Time Client Service Coordinator to join our team!

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Veterinary Receptionists are crucial to our success. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. You must be able to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations.

Pay Range CSCI-II: $19.80 - $28.27/hour

*This pay band depends on local veterinary licensing, experience, and competency assessment.

Schedule: Full-Time

As a Veterinary Receptionist:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally every time they enter.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor, strong eye contact, and approachability.
• Listen compassionately to clients.
• Communicate clearly and calmly in person and over the phone.
• Assess clients and pets upon arrival, determining urgency and needs.
• Respond to non-patient calls and direct visitors to appropriate team members.
• Confirm appointments in advance and inform clients about preparations.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients discreetly.
• Act as a liaison during pet remains handling, ensuring a respectful process.
