Job summary

Guidepoint, a leading research enablement platform, seeks a Coordinator for the Client Service team to oversee administration, schedule client consultations, and track project progress. You will qualify experts, coordinate with advisors and clients, and ensure timely responses while supporting multiple work streams in a hybrid Phoenix environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in high-volume calls, strong AI tool proficiency, and a meticulous, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams.
• Manage multiple client requests and respond promptly.
• Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations.
• Leave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling.
• Maintain updated status of client telephone consultations.
• Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm suitability for consultations.
• Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers organize client requests and track progress.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests.

Job description

Overview: The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. As a Coordinator on the Client Service team, you will be overseeing all administration within your client service team. You will be booking client consultations, tracking projects for the team, and qualifying the experts.

This is a hybrid position out of our Phoenix office, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office.

What you will own:

• Responsible for scheduling bulk telephone consultations for client service teams
• Manage multiple client organization requests and respond within a timely manner
• Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations
• Leave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projects
• Maintain an updated status of client telephone consultations
• Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations
• Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers organize client requests and track progress on projects
• Assist with ad-hoc requests

Experience you will bring:

• 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high call volume environment
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment
• Curiosity about emerging technology and a willingness to continue building skills with new tools that improve productivity and client service
• Work authorization required

What We Offer:

The annual base salary for this position is $45,000.
