Cherry Bekaert LLP in Orlando, FL is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple clients. You will set up QuickBooks, perform data entry, process transactions, and ensure accurate records in compliance with regulations.

You will communicate with clients regularly, participate in month-end closes, and assist with payroll, tax filings, and reconciliations. A strong service mindset and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in bookkeeping/related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple clients with accounting and bookkeeping needs.
• Set up QuickBooks for clients and answer software questions.
• Communicate with clients daily/weekly/monthly; travel to client offices.
• Participate in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closes.
• Post and reconcile general ledger; prepare payroll and payroll taxes.
• Prepare property tax forms (1096/1099) and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record fixed assets and depreciation; perform other duties as assigned.

Our firm is thriving and we seek a highly motivated Client Services Coordinator for our growing Orlando, FL, office. The Client Services Coordinator supports our teams by providing bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients. Primary duties include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Performs data entry, copies client records, organizes data files and completes forms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with and is responsible for multiple clients’ accounting and bookkeeping needs.
• Assists with setting-up QuickBooks. May answer questions from clients regarding navigating and using the software.
• Communicates with clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; travels to client offices.
• Participates in month-end/quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Posts and reconciles the general ledger.
• Prepares payroll and remits payroll taxes both manually and through software applications.
• Prepares property tax returns as well as Form 1096 and 1099s.
• Conducts bank reconciliations.
• Records fixed assets and depreciation.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role

• High School Diploma Describe type of education/degreee required.
• 1+ Experience in a bookkeeping environment (debits and credits, bank reconciliations, compilations, payroll, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Experience in setting up QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Developing project management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range: 21.85-28.90
