Holmes Murphy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team, offering a forward-thinking, vibrant culture and opportunities to contribute to client success.
You will manage client accounts, collaborate on benefit strategy, draft RFPs, and present at open enrollment as needed. A Life & Health license and insurance experience are preferred for this role.

High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry [at a brokerage or provider organization].
Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.
