Job summary

Our client, an SEC-registered RIA based in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. In this fast-paced, in-office role, you will work closely with the Head of Client Service to deliver a high-touch client experience, managing workflows, communications, and account operations with accuracy and proactive follow-through.

The position emphasizes not-for-advisor-track outcomes, and you will be expected to obtain your California Notary Public license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Direct experience at an RIA or broker-dealer strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with custodial platforms and end-to-end service requests.
• Working knowledge of investment accounts, IRA rules, and tax forms.
• Experience with Tamarac CRM or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial documents with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client service requests via phone and email.
• Draft and send clear client communications independently with judgment.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments and follow up on items.
• Open, maintain, and close accounts across custodial platforms.
• Process transfers, distributions, and RMDs with accuracy.
• Support advisors with client review materials and trade support.
