Key Responsibilities

• Daily administration of the Financial Advisor's business by opening new client accounts, preparing and processing account specific and investment related documentation, facilitating outgoing disbursements and incoming deposits of funds and securities, maintaining current and accurate client information in accordance with industry and regulatory compliance.
• Preparing meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
• Inputting information to financial planning and investment analysis software.
• Managing the CRM program (AdviserEngine).
• Processing financial account applications on Schwab Advisor Center.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, as well as a willingness to work toward obtaining a CFP or a comparable financial planning designation.
