SAX Advisory Group in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to join Sax Wealth Advisors. The role requires onsite work with potential for hybrid arrangements and involves supporting client onboarding, meetings, and administrative tasks for a team of wealth advisors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years in client service within financial services, with familiarity of custodians and CRM tools. Competitive benefits and 401K with matching offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of client service experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Familiarity with custodians (Charles Schwab, Fidelity and Altruist).
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM and portfolio management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support client onboarding, including new accounts and documentation.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare materials with follow-ups.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Process client transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor account activity and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain organized client records with confidentiality and data security.
• Assist Wealth Advisors with data entry and client reviews.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure seamless service.
