Job summary

Vectra Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Centennial, CO branch to deliver top-notch service and maintain accurate transaction records. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance while supporting cross-sell opportunities.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a base hourly rate of $20.00–$22.50. Benefits start day one, including health coverage and a 401(k) with company match; background checks per FDIC guidelines

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining a proper balancing record.
• Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services (e.g., opening accounts, issuing checks, transfers, etc.).
• Resolves clients' problems directly or via referrals to other resources.
• Identifies and maximizes cross-sell opportunities based on clients' needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.
• Identifiesand addresses clients' needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolvesclients'problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00– $22.50 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

This position will be open until filled.
