What you'll do here:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to learn about and address client needs, complaints, or issues with products or services.
  2. Respond efficiently and accurately to inquiries, explain solutions, and ensure clients feel supported and valued.
  3. Maintain a professional, courteous, and confident demeanor via verbal and written communication.
  4. Take ownership of assisting, researching, resolving, or escalating customer issues.
  5. Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
  6. Accurately document customer records and cases.
  7. Engage in active listening, clarify information, and diffuse angry clients as needed.
  8. Make sales or recommend products/services suited to client needs.
  9. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively.
  10. Research and provide accurate information, recommending next steps for service completion.
Skills you'll bring for success:
  • 1-3 years of previous call center experience
