Job summary

Cornerstone Wealth Strategies is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support financial advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. Located in Kennewick, WA, you’ll handle administrative tasks, client relations, and office operations in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

You’ll work in partnership with LPL Financial, leveraging innovative resources and a collaborative team to help clients pursue their financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, coworkers and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and CRM tools.
  • Able to multi-task and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Job Overview

We are seeking to add a team member who will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensure an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for administrative tasks, client relationship management, and operational support within the office.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative, operational, and customer support tasks
  • Maintain communication with current clients via mail, email, and phone
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Basic graphic design for marketing materials and social media
  • Assist with planning and coordinating client events

Requirements
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; Client Relationship Management applications
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects and tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Preferences

Pay Range

$23.52-$39.17/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
