What You’ll Do

You will support the business initiatives of HT|TC Wealth Partners. You will provide a consistent and positive client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to the Advisors and Managers of HT|TC Wealth Partners in its Schaumburg and Downers Grove locations. This role requires knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and technology to allow for effective interface with existing and prospective clients to anticipate their needs, resolve their issues and follow through to maintain exceptional service standards. You will add scale to HT|TC Wealth Partners’ practice and demonstrate resourcefulness in leveraging internal and external resources to support our mission. You must have high standards, excellent communication skills, and good judgement. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with advisors, operations teams, and product/vendor partners to deliver a seamless client experience is critical to be successful in this role. You will ensure a positive, and enriching client experience.

  • Take ownership of our client’s onboarding experience: prepare related new business documentation, ensure all is submitted/processed, and partner with clients to achieve their goal.
  • Work with fellow Client Service Associates and Account Executives to prepare and process account paperwork, including account maintenance requests, trade requests, account transfers, fee/billing changes.
  • Collaborate with peers to accomplish operational and administrative responsibilities including running reports, creating/updating client records, and creating/maintaining client files.
  • Manage quality control for all client communications, understanding the requirements of each client.
  • Manage client inquiries and participate in dialogue with colleagues and the Home Office to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain client records and files following regulatory and firm policies.
  • Recognize and escalate potential issues; apply product and procedural knowledge to identity/solve client issues to promote client loyalty.
  • Be fluent in the construction of the Firm, the Practice, and our custodial relationships (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing) and their processes.
  • Provide technical and administrative assistance where needed (assist clients with online access, supply statements/account documents).
  • Participate in our compliance initiatives including maintaining all required branch logs, participate in audits, and engage with Home Office Supervision for new account/transaction approvals.
  • Any other projects/tasks delegated by HT|TC Wealth Partners team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Administrative or client service experience
  • 5+ years of financial services or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Custodial experience with Pershing, Fidelity, or Schwab
  • Proficiency using a CRM; Salesforce
  • Comfortable with Internet/Intranet functionality
  • Proficiency using eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or any financial planning software
