Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Scottsdale, AZ to support high-producing advisors. You will prepare portfolio materials, build financial plans, and manage client interactions to strengthen relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of client service experience, Series 7 (or eligibility) and applicable state registrations, with a focus on accuracy and cross-team collaboration. Office-based with some flexibility for in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience working in a client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling meetings, entering data, building agendas and summaries, and providing follow-up.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted, including forms, signatures, and insurance applications tracking and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events with compliant documentation and reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, client correspondence, and file setup.
