Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including: cultivating and enhancing client relationships and supporting money movement transactions.
• Answer general non-investment questions concerning client accounts and relay account information.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation as directed.
• Provide clients with details around their account information (investment objectives, risk tolerance).
• Assist with marketing strategy and website maintenance for FAs/PWAs/teams.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms and participate in firm initiatives.
