Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE and Series 7 licenses required; Series 63/65/66 as state requires.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact to handle high volume inquiries and scheduling with clients.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client data via internal systems.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash awaiting investment.
• Prepare financial reports and inputs orders for advisors; maintain CRM records.
• Support marketing efforts and participate in training and development opportunities.
