Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative or sales support experience (or both) demonstrated through work or military.
• FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or equivalents).
• Knowledge of brokerage or administrative support; ability to respond to inquiries.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with sales and servicing support.
• Act as liaison between Advisors and Compliance, Operations, and Administration.
• Schedule appointments for new and existing customers.
• Monitor referrals and sales results; issue sales/marketing information to clients.
• Provide customer service via phone and written correspondence; resolve issues.
• Prepare sales packages and process account-related requests; handle transfers.
