Job Description

Responsibilities

• Process client financial transactions, expenses, and expense reports with high organization and accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and technologies.
• Ensure client paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete prior to submission, following up as needed.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports to assist with client servicing and prospecting.
• Create and maintain records using CRM software.
• Assist with marketing efforts including seminars and client events.
• Enter orders at the Financial Advisor's direction.
• Engage in training and professional development to stay current with policies and industry standards.

Skills

• Experience with CRM software and Excel for reporting and spreadsheets.
• Effective communication across in-person, virtual, phone, and mail platforms.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training approved by HR.
