Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC is seeking a professional to support customer service and operations for clients, coordinating with external vendors, consultants, and staff to advance initiatives and maintain relationships.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential for preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years similar work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supports customer service and operations for clients: Responsible for initiative planning and ongoing client relationship management collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and/or other staff as required in support of initiatives. Responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to client organizations. Responds to inquiries and questions in a timely manner Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.

Required Skills

• Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time to meet critical deadlines.

Compensation

Range: $57,300 - $75,700
