Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait. Training is provided and in-person, seasonal schedules apply.

No prior experience is required, and opportunities for advancement exist within the organization as tax pros.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot are required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role is important.

We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee and 7 in & around the Greenville, South Carolina area. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. These are seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs, with opportunity for advancement and year-round work for the right candidates.
