Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for customers in our offices. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients to ensure exceptional service.

No prior experience is required and paid training is provided. We welcome candidates from all work backgrounds, with seasonal full- and part-time opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Join our team as a Client Service Associate (CSA) and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. What you need:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee and 7 in & around the Greenville, South Carolina area. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. These are seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs, with opportunity for advancement and year-round work for the right candidates.
