A wealth management firm based in Greater Boston is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their Wealth Advisory group. This entry-level role offers an opportunity for growth in Wealth Management, where the candidate will work directly with clients on financial and cash flow planning for retirement. Candidates should preferably possess their Series 7/63/66 licenses and have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Series 7 / 63 / 66, SIE highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management or comparable role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Greater Boston based Wealth Management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to add to their Wealth Advisory group. Responsibilities

• Work directly with the clients on Financial Planning as well as cash flow planning for retirement
• Assist clients with their accounts, including maintenance and creation of new accounts
• Manage and validate accounts transfers
• Assist with any distributions / checks / wire transfers
• Assist with file coordination for quarterly administrative and investment reviews
• Ad hoc projects when required

Qualifications

• Series 7 / 63 / 66, SIE highly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management as either a CSA or comparable role
• Experience with Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Ability to communicate effectively and to establish relationships
