As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Service Associate at our Ellicott City, MD office to help deliver the exceptional service and support that our clients have come to expect. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in supporting advisors and the overall client experience.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable, and dependable point of contact for clients
- Communicate with clients professionally by telephone, email, and in person
- Assist with required minimum distributions (RMDs), annuity servicing, and life insurance paperwork
- Prepare and process client documents and account forms
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative functions
- Maintain accurate client information, notes, documents, and outstanding tasks in the firm's CRM (Wealthbox)
- Support day-to-day office operations and provide backup assistance to team members as needed, contributing to the success of a highly collaborative and service-oriented team
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1+ years' experience in financial services
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written delivered with a sincere and caring attitude
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
- Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
- Thrive in a 'time sensitive' environment and adaptable to change without affecting the quality of work
What You'll Get:
- $55k - $58k/year based on experience

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Some evenings and weekends required for client events
