Job summary

UBS in Boca Raton is seeking a client associate to join the Wealth Management team in a full-time, in-office role at the Boca Raton Branch. You will support the team by maintaining client records and assisting with client meetings.

Key duties include educating clients on account services, preparing reports, gathering documentation for new accounts, planning team marketing events, and maintaining a detailed activity calendar. Series 7/66 preferred with 2 years in client service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client service experience in finance
• Series 7 and 66 preferred; must obtain within 6 months of start date
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on wealth management
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The team

You'll be working with a Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will be full time in the office in the Boca Raton Branch.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (must obtain within 6 months of start date)
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred, focusing on wealth management
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Florida - Boca Raton min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
