Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, high-touch client experience.
• Assist clients with account services and capabilities, including online access and paperless enrollment.
• Process client service requests and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain client records and contact management systems with up-to-date information.
• Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, maintenance, insurance, annuities, and 529 plans.
• Support onboarding and client meeting debriefing action items.
• Review daily reports and operational items, taking appropriate action.
