Role Description

The Client Service Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, WI. In this role, you will support wealth advisors and relationship managers by assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and service requests. You will respond to client inquiries, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information, transactions, and reports. Daily responsibilities include preparing client meeting materials, updating client records and systems, monitoring account activities, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will also help identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamline service processes, and support business development efforts through high-quality client support and follow-up.
