Serenity is seeking a Client Sales Lead in Colorado to guide individuals through their personal journeys, explain options, and support them throughout the process. You’ll lead by example, foster a culture of trust, and deliver exceptional service within a growing, purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• 3+ years in full-time customer service, preferably in leadership roles.
• Leadership ability or natural aptitude to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
