Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals toward their well-being journeys. You will educate clients on options, provide ongoing support, and lead by example to foster trust and exceptional service within your team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership preferred)
• Leadership experience or ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and composure under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles (hospitality, call centers, coaching) is a plus

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles)
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus
