Serenity Healthcare in Frisco, TX is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals on their wellbeing journeys with compassion and clear options.

You will build relationships, educate on steps, and model outstanding service for your team. Leadership and coaching experience are valued as you help the organization grow.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
