Job summary

Edward H. Lehmann Allstate Agency in Plainview, NY is seeking a Retention & Cross-Sell Specialist to strengthen client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Renters, and Life products.

You will handle inbound service calls and schedule policy reviews, leveraging our CRM to stay organized. This role blends customer service with inside sales, requiring a P&C license and experience reviewing policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience reviewing policies and profiling households for cross-sell.
• Holder of a P&C or Personal Lines license.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing clients and provide exceptional service.
• Transition calls into coverage reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities (P&C).
• Provide Life & Retirement referrals.
• Make outbound calls to schedule annual review appointments.
• Use CRM daily to manage tasks and follow-ups.
• Build trust and guide clients through coverage options.
• Follow structured workflows and agency systems with training to WIN.
• Explain that leads are warm via technology/marketing, not cold calls.
