We are looking for a Client Research Associate to help us manage our survey research projects. We are a scrappy team, and you will work directly with the founders to build Verasight and to expand access to high-quality survey data.

Responsibilities

• Manage/take ownership of survey research projects, including survey programming, respondent recruitment, monitoring timelines, and updating clients on progress
• Program and test complex surveys in Qualtrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve survey programming, logic, usability, and recruitment challenges
• Design and review survey questionnaires in collaboration with clients
• Represent Verasight at industry conferences (approximately 2-4 per year)

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in social sciences or related field, or 2-3 years of industry experience with survey methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with Qualtrics, including advanced logic, embedded data, and randomization features
• Willingness to operate independently and desire to constantly innovate
• Ability to write clearly and concisely about survey results
• Commitment to working in an inclusive environment
• Nice to haves: experience with project tools such as Jira or Confluence, familiarity with Qualtrics’ reporting tools
