As a member of the Reporting team, a Reporting Analyst creates and delivers reports to internal and external customers. The collecting of data within our reporting platforms to present them in a clear and concise manner using various data visualization tools. Will work closely with Account Managers and other stakeholders to support our customers’ needs are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

This role will work closely with Account Management and report to Senior Director of Data Services.

Expedition Expectations

• Data collection from various sources, and creation of ad-hoc reports for client reviews and presentations. Including utilizing SQL in some cases.
• Use of various reporting\BI tools to create reports and automate distributions.
• Validate reports for accuracy
• Compile data for use in KPI’s for clients and internal users.
• Work as part of a team supporting internal and external customers reporting requirements including access to reporting\BI applications.
  
  

Passport to Success

• Understanding of the travel business with knowledge of the acronyms used in the travel industry.
• Communication skills - strong verbal and written skills to share information with the team and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential when sharing information with stakeholders and clients.
• Previous experience with reporting applications or tools.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills including excel
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US\Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for US\Canada

Going the Extra Mile

• Previous experience with travel industry reporting tools including iBank, and Prime Analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of macros i.e. power macros, excel macros
• Use of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Looker or other platforms
• French language skills is an advantage but not required
