Job summary

Morgan Stanley in the United States seeks a Client Relationship Analyst to provide exceptional client service and daily support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will help build trusted relationships, process money movements, and assist with account documentation and digital tools adoption.

You’ll handle administrative tasks, participate in marketing efforts, and stay current on policies. Basic education required with licensing willingness and industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 licensing.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested.
• Answer non-investment questions and relay account details.
• Enter profile information and prepare documents in clerical capacity.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Prepare materials for client meetings and research portfolio holdings.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning.
• Support marketing and client service initiatives.
• Stay updated on firm policies and new platforms.
• Participate in training and other duties directed by local management.
