Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales/consultative role focused on financial-protection options. You will engage warm leads, explain benefits clearly, and assist clients in enrolling when suitable.

The position includes coaching from experienced teammates and a defined process to follow. Interviews are conducted via Zoom, and candidates should be competitive, coachable, and comfortable on camera.
