• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate wardrobe and fashion advice.
• Share current products and fashion trends to inspire and build trust.
• Participate in community/store activities and events to promote the Talbots Brand.
• Occasionally supervise others and handle store opening/closing duties.
• Represent the Talbots brand image professionally.
