Job summary

You will assist the Client Relationship Manager in daily operations, help clients with their needs, and contribute to a welcoming, trustworthy branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client/customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management.
• Licensing not required but Schwab will support Series 7 and 63/66 if aligned with career goals.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to build and maintain cross-branch relationships and understand brokerage regulations.
• May be asked to become a Notary.
