Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to provide exceptional client service and daily support to Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams. You will manage client interactions, assist with money movements, and help prepare materials for client meetings, while maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, advanced MS Office proficiency, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client service or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support FA/PWA/team by cultivating client relationships and handling money movements.
• Answer non-investment questions and relay account information.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and meeting preparation.
