Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to provide exceptional client service and support for Financial Advisors, PWAs, and teams. You will build trusted relationships through daily interactions and address everyday client needs with a client-first mindset.

The role includes processing money movements, updating account information, and enabling clients with digital tools, while staying current on policies and platforms under supervision of the Business Service Officer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and 65 licenses.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for the FA/PWA/team.
• Execute money movement transactions on request.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documents.
• Provide clients with account details (objectives, risk tolerance).
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings.
