Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management skills; team player able to collaborate.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65).

Responsibilities

  • Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
  • Execute money movement transactions as requested by client or FA/PWA.
  • Answer non-investment questions and relay account information to clients.
  • Enter profile information and pre-fill account documentation as directed.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g., MSOnline, eSign).
  • Assist teams with research and materials for client meetings.
  • Support data entry for new accounts and financial planning requests.
  • Support marketing and client service initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and new platforms.
  • Participate in training and special projects as directed.
